The CSA Construction Industry Roundtable Discussion was designed to provide a forum for an open, interactive dialogue to improve communications and efficiencies in the construction industry. The Roundtable Panel featured owners, construction managers, general contractors, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. The discussion topics included retainage, supply changes, material issues, labor shortages, and change orders.
