CSA Gold Circle Awards Dinner

Now that COVID-19, mask mandates, and social distancing requirements are moving behind us, we are looking forward and have rescheduled the CSA Gold Circle Dinner for Thursday, September 30th.
The event will be held at the Casa Mia at The Hawthorne in Berlin, CT, from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
The CSA Gold Circle Dinner will honor the top-rated general contractors from the 2020 General Contractor Report Card. CSA will honor four winners at the dinner as the Report Card had ties for both first and second place. The winners include:

More About the General Contractor Report Card
As a service to the state’s subcontractors, the Connecticut Subcontractors Association (CSA) conducted a General Contractor Report Card Survey earlier this year. Participants completed the surveys anonymously, and the data collected was collected in the aggregate.

General contractors received ratings on the following criteria:
- General oversight and control of the project;
- Coordination and management of the scheduling of the work;
- Management of the requisition and billing process;
- Timely payments to subcontractors;
- Administration and processing of change orders;
- Overall performance; and
- Contract closeout and final payment/retainage.

CSA's priority is our members’ health and safety so the set up for the CSA meetings will ensure that we follow social distancing guidelines.
We respectfully ask that anyone that is not vaccinated wear a mask during the cocktail networking receptions. Additionally, the number that can sit at each table will be restricted to six people
